New Roku 3

The new Roku 3 iTV device is out.  It is smaller, more powerful, and has a software upgrade (ver.5).  See how the roku 2 LT (left) compares to the roku 3 (right).  The Roku 3 adds the following fuctions over the LT:

•  1080p
•  Instant replay control
•  Motion bluetooth remote with hip purple ear  buds
•  Can use the motion remote to play games like angry birds similar to a wii 
•  Dual band wireless with USB port
•  Uses newest software which is more graphical and speedy

The interface is more graphical and has fewer layers to dig down into which means the video content is fewer clicks away and speedier to get started. 









The 3 has a bluetooth remote which allows one to play motion controlled games such as angry birds.  The included purple ear buds plug into the remote for privacy where the volume control is on the side of the remote control.
